Benefits of Aviation Fiber Panel 
  • Sound absorption & sound insulation: The baseboard is made of three-dimensional fibers tightly combined with certain gaps, and air can pass through the entire plane, achieving the effect of the wall breathing and adjusting dryness and wetness. When sound waves are transmitted to the fiberboard, they can absorb sound waves by dissipating sound energy in the dense three-dimensional gaps and have good sound absorption and noise reduction functions.
  • Insulation and heat insulation: The thermal conductivity of the substrate is between 0.02-0.06, while the thermal conductivity of the commonly used wall materials on the market is greater than 0.1.
  • Low moisture content & mildew resistance: The substrate itself is made of fiber material through non-woven technology, and it will not mildew even after long-term use. It has been tested in various environments in the car for a long time and has never mildewed.
  • Ultra-thin and lightweight: The base plate is only 5/8mm thick and weighs only 1600/2600g/m2, which is more than 50% lighter than various existing decorative wall panels, greatly reducing construction difficulty and logistics costs.
  • Breathability & moisture resistance: Because the base material is made of non-woven technology, the material itself has good permeability and will not absorb water or bead in the rainy season and high humidity environment.
  • Aging resistance: The material itself can withstand high temperatures of around 120°C and will not show performance degradation or aging for a long time. Even if the climate changes dramatically, it will not have any impact on the material.
  • Low odor & low formaldehyde: The material contains low aldehydes, which can be processed below the limit through post-processing technology and is very friendly to the human body. It reaches an environmental protection level higher than E0.
